With over 40 years of experience in the finance industry, the last 37 based in Hong Kong, Mike brings a vast amount of experience to lead Redbridge Capital Management Limited. Mike is the Group's CEO and SFC Responsible Officer with overall responsibility for SFC Type 4 & 9 Regulated Activities.
Mike's previous experience includes acting as CEO of Degroof Petercam Asset Management (HK) Limited, responsible for managing and supervising the business’s Type 9 regulated activity.
Prior to Degroof, he was the CEO of OP Investment Management Limited (“OPIM”), a Hong Kong based Asian Investment Management Company. Concurrently he was a Director and Authorized Representative of Mastermind Capital Limited (HKEX stock code: 905), a listed investment company. During his tenure at OPIM, he was also the SVP of Risk at their JV partner, Saudi Arabia-based Arbah Capital.
Mike also held roles at Credit Agricole Asset Management Hong Kong Limited, where he was the Director and Regional Head of Operations, Risk & Compliance. Prior to Credit Agricole, he worked in NatWest Markets (corporate & investment banking arm of National Westminster Bank plc) where he held various roles including Head of Compliance of Wheelock NatWest and NatWest Markets Hong Kong and Assistant Director of Compliance (seconded originally to work on the Blue Arrow trial). Mike began his career in Chemical bank (now JP Morgan Chase) in Foreign Exchange and Treasury Services.
He is a full member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute.
Jacky is a Director and SFC Responsible Officer of the Company and acts as CIO. He has more than 16 years experience and is seasoned in ASEAN and US stock markets.
Jacky's has worked across both listed and unlisted entities. These include previous roles at VSTH Capital Global Asset Management Limited as Responsible Officer. Jacky conducted research for investments, oversaw the operation of the company and actively manage discretionary account.
Jacky also worked at 933.HK - Brightoil Petroleum (Holdings) Limited where he managed a $600mn HKD portfolio of local and global equities targeted at medium to long term growth. At Genesis Capital Investment (HK) Limited Jacky assisted to manage a $80mn USD long short portfolio, executed daily trades through Bloomberg AIM system and develop Excel VBA applications and used scripting tools to support research and trading operations
Legends Asset Management Limited Jacky helped to manage a USD $100mn long short portfolio, executed equity (HK, CHINA and US), futures and options for multiple trading books and booked daily trades, prepare and update daily NAV estimate. At CITIC Securities International Company Limited Jacky was in charge of placing CD orders for institutional clients (Mainly HK market with daily turnover around USD $20mn-$50mn), supporting sales traders with accurate and efficient executions, taking care of day end transactions matching.
Linda is an experienced senior Asia Pacific and global equity portfolio manager, with strong track record and client traction. Extensively counselled and invested in high growth small listed companies and advised start-up companies, particularly in the healthcare and technology sectors. Expertise lies in shoring up lagging investment performance through empowering cross-cultural teams and exhibiting an innate understanding of business models and industry dynamics.
Linda was previously with Manulife Asset Management as Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific Equities where she managed four Asia Pacific equity accounts, USD $400mn in small cap funds and USD $100mn in large cap funds. Small cap fund awarded five stars by Morningstar. Linda was awarded Benchmark 3-year “Best in Class” twice and Lipper 3 year award as well as Fund Manager of the year – Long Only Asia Pacific by The Asset AAA Awards.
At Ballingal Investment Advisors Linda co-managed a USD $50mn equity Long/Short fund in Asia pacific including Japan and oversaw the firm’s stock specific and industry research. Linda also worked at Doric Capital Corporation where she established a start up USD $15mn long/short Japanese equity Fund and selected Japanese small cap stocks for the USD $100mn Doric Asia Pacific Small Cap Fund.
Linda and Mike have a long standing working relationship with them both working for Credit Agricole Asset Management where Linda worked she was Director of investments, Head of Research and Head of Sector Research. She managed USD $500mn in mutual funds and institutional segregated accounts with equity and global balanced mandates across the Asia Pacific region.
Tony is the COO and SFC Licensed Representative of the Company.
Prior to working with the Company Tony was an SFC Type 4 & 9 Responsible Officer at HGC Investment Management, a privately held real-estate investment management company engaging in the investment of real estate opportunities in the United States. HGC is an investment management arm of the Henry Group, the largest immigration related investor in North America with an AUM of over USD $4bn.
Tony also held the position of Head of Real Estate at Myo Capital Advisers Limited, a SFC registered Special Situation Fund Manager with a focus on Asia Pacific. Prior to this Tony was an Investment Manager for a European Family Office focused on value-added investing in global real estate and other asset-backed markets. Tony’s position was a senior management position at Rockmount Asia, part of Rockmount Capital, the entity responsible for a European UHNWI’s private real estate investments in Asia Pacific.
Mr. Gary Kwan has been in the financial industry for more than 40 years with extensive experiences in the securities firm’s operations which including but not limit to sales and trading operations, securities & options, futures settlement & clearing operation, risk management and compliance. Gary has worked for many well-known international financial institutions including HSBC Broking Services (Asia) Ltd (formerly "Wardley Financial Services Ltd”) acted as Senior Vice President; the person in charge of the International Settlement and Clearing Operations Department during the year from 1986-1999, as Responsible Officer for securities dealing operations and wealth management division and the Head of Back Office with Grand Cathay Securities and KGI Asia during the year from 2002 to 2014. Thereafter, he was a General Manager of Risk and Compliance Department and took the role as a deputy Chief Risk Officer of Yue Xiu Securities Holding Group companies, a state own enterprise in Mainland during the year from 2014-2017. He then was the Compliance Director of Open Securities Limited during the year from 2021-2023.
Gary in recent years has focused on compliance work as a compliance consultant to provide compliance support services to licensed corporations in designing the compliance program and internal control processes, risk management, carried out independent review of anti-money laundering policy and procedures and transaction monitoring process as well as the investment product sales practices and training.
Gary now is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (“CAMS”) under ACAMS and a certified ESG strategist (“CESGS”) from the Hong Kong Association of Environmental and Social Governance Strategist.
Eros is a highly accomplished financial professional with an impressive educational pedigree and a proven track record of success. Having obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, and Finance, as well as a Master's Degree in Private Equity and Venture Capital from the prestigious University College London, Eros has demonstrated his exceptional analytical and financial acumen.
Eros holds the position of SFC Type 4 and Type 9 Licensed Representative Portfolio Manager with Redbridge Capital Management Limited. In this role, he focuses primarily on cryptocurrency and U.S. index trading, with a particular emphasis on Bitcoin and the S&P 500. Eros has developed his own unique trading strategy based on the principles of harmonic analysis and sustainable volatility.
His deep understanding of the industry, combined with his rigorous analytical approach and innovative trading strategies, have positioned him as a respected and influential figure in the world of finance. As Eros continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in the realm of portfolio management, his achievements serve as a testament to the power of education, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Ice acts as the Company’s SFC Manager-in-charge (MIC) functions of Finance & Accounting and Information Technology. She was previously the Chief Operating Officer at Mandarin Capital Limited.
Ice will liaise with external service providers to ensure the Company’s IT, Corporate secretarial, HR and Accounting functions are handled effectively to ensure the Company complies with all its legal and regulatory requirements, in particular ensuring the Company always complies with its capital adequacy requirements under the SFC’s Financial Resources Rules.
